Summary



In summary, ECoVET works for the development and testing of the European Credit Transfer System for Education and Vocational Training (ECVET) in order to strengthen mutual learning, cooperation, confidence, mobility and exchange of experience and know-how, in a particular sector, the "green economy".

The results of the transfer will consist of methods, guidelines and tools aiming at the implementation and use of the principles of ECVET for mobility and lifelong learning.

the core of the project is a CITIZEN OF THE EUROPEAN LABOUR MARKET, WHO CHOOSE PATHS OF FORMAL AND NON-FORMAL LEARNING, RECOGNISED AND SUITABLE, THAT NEED TO BE DIFFUSED IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES OF THE EUROPEAN UNION.  AS A CONSEQUENCE, ALSO QUALIFICATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS NEED TO BE RECOGNISED IN THE GREEN ECONOMY SECTOR AROUND EUROPE.

The beneficiaries of the project are

  • citizens of the European labour market of the countries involved in the project;
  • institutions and stakeholders of VET systems, especially those involved in mobility actions;
  • politicians, teachers and those responsible for qualifications that will implement skills in applying ECVET;
  • companies of the EU that will be able to recognize the skills of workers.
